1. What is The Western Team Challenge course?
The Western Team challenge course is a set of challenges designed to assist your team with communication, problem solving, trust and leadership. The course is set in a beautiful natural environment taking advantage of the 200 acres that Cedar Creek Conference Center has to offer. The Western Team Challenge course consists of four stations with multiple activities. Each located along our Bluebird Hiking Trail. Your experience will be unique and specifically designed to meet your team’s objectives.
2. What about those in our group with physical limitations?
Our course was designed and developed to accommodate various physical limitations and skill levels. Everyone will be able to participate and benefit from our course.
3. How is the course designed?
The course is custom designed to challenge team members, encourage cooperation, problem solving, trust and leadership skills. Here at Cedar Creek Conference Center we take the time to find out the dynamics of your group and what your objectives are for the event. We take great pride in customizing every “Western Team Challenge Course” to specifically meet the needs of your team.
4. How much time does our group need to devote to Team Building?
A team building event can take as little as an hour or can consist of three full days. We custom tailor the length of your event based upon your needs and your agenda.
5. How much does it cost?
Our programs are customized for each individual group with activities specifically designed and facilitated to meet your needs. In addition to group size and length of event, we conduct a detailed needs analysis with each client. This personalized program curriculum will then determine the per person rate. The rate for a three hour session ranges from $35 to $100 per person.
6. How do I get started?
The Team Building process begins with a needs analysis. How many people will participate? What is your primary objective? How much time will be allotted for Team Building?
A professional Cedar Creek facilitator will meet with you in advance to explore existing group dynamics and present a variety of options. The facilitator will then design a customized curriculum for your group.
