Located an hour west of St. Louis and an hour east of Jefferson City in the rolling hills of Missouri Wine Country, Cedar Creek combines old world charm, with modern meeting facilities and amenities. We understand that each team using the course has a unique goal in mind. Our expert facilitators ensure that every group experiences a unique outcome, based on their own special needs.

We provide everything your group needs to become more connected and motivated, from a creative, well-designed course to our professional team building facilitators.
The team building process begins with a needs analysis to determine your group’s goals, objectives and expectations. A professional Cedar Creek facilitator will meet with your leaders in advance to explore existing group dynamics and present a variety of options. The facilitator then will design a customized curriculum for your group. This may include elements on the course, in your meeting room or right outside your guestroom window.
