Cranberry Salad
  • 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • ¾ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

Cook cranberries in 1 cup water and sugar. Remove from heat. Stir in Jell-O, cool to room temperature, stir in pineapple, celery and pecans. Chill until firm.
