Creamy Blackberry Pie
  • 3 cups blackberries
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Mix together sugar, flour, salt, eggs, and sour cream. Gently stir in blackberries. Pour into pie shell. Top with crumb topping. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

Crumb Topping:
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup cold butter

In food processor blend flour, sugar, and cold butter until it forms crumbs. Sprinkle over top of blackberries.

Serves 8.
