Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
  • 1 head broccoli, bite-size pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 lb. bacon, crisp, crumbled
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 2 T. white vinegar
  • 2 T. tarragon vinegar

In large bowl mix together broccoli, cauliflower, peanuts, raisins, celery, green onions and bacon that has been fried crisp, drained, and crumbled. Mix together 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar. Pour over vegetables and stir. Chill.

Serves 10 to 12
