Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
- 1 head broccoli, bite-size pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, bite-size pieces
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 lb. bacon, crisp, crumbled
- 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 2 T. tarragon vinegar
In large bowl mix together broccoli, cauliflower, peanuts, raisins, celery, green onions and bacon that has been fried crisp, drained, and crumbled. Mix together 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar. Pour over vegetables and stir. Chill.
