Chunky Chicken Salad
- 4 cups cooked white meat chicken, cubed
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup diced red peppers
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. dill weed
- ½ cup white grapes, halved, optional
In a large bowl, mix together chicken, celery, onion and red pepper. Mix together onion salt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar and dill weed. Pour over chicken mixture. Stir gently. Mix in grapes and chill. Serve on croissant or fresh baked roll.
Serves 6.
